Beginning in technology sales for companies like Sutherland, Photon, and Alten, he rose through the ranks from handling corporate accounts, then from individual contributors (closing multi-million dollar deals) to a senior technology consultant born and brought up in The Detroit of India - Chennai Aka Madras.

 

Anand is Opinionated; also, he believes that no matter what work a person does, he/she should excel in it. Stop doing the same thing for different results. Smart, successful, process-minded, and worthwhile sales prospecting will always give you inevitable results. 

 

He is now a Senior Technology Sales Leader for RapidValue, an Aspire Systems Company, whose mission is to serve as a trusted technology partner with humanity for the customers. Additionally, he spends his time by introducing sharp leaders who can help each other. He like people to grow, and he understands the value of relationships. He loves watching movies and web series every weekend; he continually takes the lesson and critical motivation from pure art. His most loved web series "DARK".

 

Everyone will have some turning point in their lives and career; likewise, Anand had a chance to meet his Director Don Hartman from Dallas. The latter looks like an actor Robert di Niro, and he made him understand the importance of reading books and how important that being a salesman is not only to sell but also to help and serve customers. He always admires him for his leadership qualities and his kindness. He always says one thing, “I will go to war with Don by my side.”

From his childhood as an avid Cricket lover, he got inspired by Indian World cup winning Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni how to stay calm in difficult situations and handle the pressure, When Anand won the best paper award for his thesis research project on Enhanced Heuristic function based Energy-aware routing protocol for Military using wireless sensor network that saves cost and energy, he found the path and his secret talent, that he can convey the audience what he is trying to help and achieve. He is not a fan of programming language, but his keen interest in learning new technologies and innovation, which adds value in business aspects, led him to technology sales.

Before RapidValue, Anand was a Business Development Specialist at Photon Infotech, and Photon enabled millions of their customers with Omnichannel, digital transformation services, across vast industries including  40% of Fortune 100 firms. In which his contribution includes 2% bringing in the world’s largest cosmetics company and the world's largest distributor of dental equipment and supplies. He completed his studies from Jerusalem College of Engineering, and Anna University focused on Information Technology. At the same time, he also completed his Big Data, DevOps, CCNA courses out of his interest.
